Neon-Noir Action Sandbox Game The Precinct Launches on PC and Consoles

Kwalee and Fallen Tree Games are proud to announce the launch of The Precinct, a neon-noir action sandbox game now available on PC (via Steam and the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Players can step into the sirens-soaked streets of Averno City today for $29.99/€29.99/£24.99 across all platforms.

Set in a crime-ridden 1980s America, The Precinct casts players as rookie officer Nick Cordell Jr., tasked with restoring order in a city torn apart by gangs, corruption, and decay. Patrol the streets, respond to dynamic crimes, and deal with everything from petty infractions to high-stakes heists in an ever-evolving sandbox experience.

To mark the launch, a new launch trailer showcases the game’s high-octane action, blending in-engine cinematic footage with explosive gameplay. From street chases and shootouts to bank heists, traffic stops, and arrests, it’s time to serve justice in a city on the edge.

Steam players can also snag The Precinct as part of several exclusive bundles, joining forces with games like Shadows of Doubt, Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, and Deliver At All Costs. Each bundle includes a 10 per cent discount, offering great value for players eager to dive into these gripping, crime-filled worlds.

In addition, Kwalee and Fallen Tree Games have teamed up with Microids to bring The Precinct to retail as a physical edition for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S. Alongside the standard release, a Limited Edition will also be available, packed with extras including:

  • Full Game

  • A Steelbook

  • Digital Original Soundtrack

  • Map of Averno City

The physical version of The Precinct is available for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series consoles at select retailers and is priced at $39.99 / €39.99 / £34.99.
